Octopus Pattern

Regular price $5.25

This adorable crochet octopus is a classic!  A newborn baby can sink his/her tiny hands into those little curly tendrils and be comforted!  Make in cotton yarn to hold up to repeated washing and consider embroidering the eyes instead, if making for the littlest of littles.

This listing is for a downloadable PDF of a crochet pattern only.  You will not receive a physical product.

Octopus Pattern

Have made four of the Octopus Pattern and found them easy to make. The pattern is simple and am enjoying the change from working on large blanket size projects.

woederful soothing help

This has been proven to calm preemies when they feel the octopus legs around or over them. I lost my pattern so had to order this. Need more for everyhospital and premmie.

I'm a very new crocheter. I love the idea, but I would've liked a link to instructions to follow a bit but better or even a table at the end of what symbols stood for. I finished it with a lot
of outside help, although I still messed up the tentacles because the patten made no sense.

Premie octopus pattern

The directions were easy to follow. I also like that the tentacles were not a separate attachment. The gift is for a baby shower. Received a request for an octopus from a friend after seeing the octopus I made. The coworker is pregnant. Thanks for the pattern. Have a Blessed Thanksgiving.

Octopus’ for Prem Babies

My daughter asked for crocheted octopus x 4 for their Prem unit gift baskets. The pattern was easy to follow, crocheted them in cotton, they are just like the picture on the pattern. I opted to embroider the eyes just to be on the safe side.
